Complaint from Nara Smith Galveston, TXalmost 3 years agoThey only have 2 or 3 cabs tops and forget trying to get a cab between 4-6 p.m. That's when they take the phone off the hook, and if you do get through, dispatch say's they have none available from aboht 4pm-6 because of Shift Change
